Towamensing Trails is a private residential community with permanent and part-time residents.

Just minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resort.

The community has 24hr. security, 7-day disposal of trash, and full-time maintenance and administrative staff.

We have our own private pool and beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field and playground. During the summer season boats can be rented. The lake is stocked with fish periodically.  Private boats are allowed on the lake as long as they are not gas powered and are registered.
